Summary:
the X-15 swings nicely, gives a good feel for the ice, but is virtually vibration free. the pick is fantastic, and i especially appreciate how easy it is to remove and replace. this was my first ice tool and it's just plain great. i have paired it with a CM pulsar (i got both tools for cheap) and the identical weights allow for a pretty even swing.

Customer Service:
BD is the coolest. i emailed one employee for several weeks, asking him all sorts of questions. he was prompt and very helpful. they're really a great company who care about their customers.

Summary:
These tools are nice for the price. They feel solid, the leashes are comfortable and they swing well. I don't have anything specific I don't like about them.

Summary:
I picked this tool up on sale at REI for $90; got the axe and I'm still looking for the hammer. Great tool, weighted well, very easy to use. Very easy to place and impeccable workmanship. It is a little heavy, weighing in at 1 lb 11 oz.
