Swings well. Plunges well. Lightweight and streamlined. I know the adze is for chopping, but this adze holds VERY well for me in some snow where the pick won't. They can come in very long sizes which is great for long glacier grunts. Comes very sharp, so be careful. Similar Products Used:

A nice mountain Axe, that is light enough to bring everywhere but could still strike hard enought to take down a building. The Adze is'nt the most comftorable if huffing and puffing up a big snow field w/o a glove but who cares. Similar Products Used:
