Summary:
I just got this Ice Axe last week. So far on my single day climb I've taken with it, it's performed beutifully. I especially like the light weight and multiple caribuner holes in the head. This means i can use a leash and still do a boot-axe belay. It self arrests wonderfully9my primary reason of purchasing it) and it can climb a moderate ice slope well. One thing I'd like to see are more teeth near the tip of the axe, because it doesn't hook very well in crusted snow.

Customer Service:
none so far and I hope never
