Summary:
Purchased tent more than 4 yrs ago have been camping 1-2 times every year since. Has good space for me and my wife. I see that some people complain of leakage problems which I resolved myself by putting extensive applications of seam sealer and waterproofer on the outside, and ensured that nothing touched walls when raining. My probelm is that the poles did not hold up well to very windy conditions, some have frayed and now tent does not set up squarly. Currently looking for replacment poles.

Customer Service:
not had an issue

Price Paid:  $0.00

Summary:
Have had the tent for 3 years and used it about 9 times. Easy to set up. Plenty of room for the queen size air matress, double air matress and the single with room for your gear to boot. I've had minimal leakage through several good storms. The leaks occurred in the outter rooms (5 paper towels took care of them).

Customer Service:
Haven't used it.

I had a cabin tent which was a pain in the neck to set up and it leaked much worse. (it's now in the Letchworth dumpster)

Price Paid:  $150.00 at Target

Summary:
This tent is roomy, easy to set up and has plenty of head room for car camping. However, my problems with water leakage and Coleman's refusal to honor their "Keeps You Dry...Guaranteed" promise makes it worthless. Even the slightest rain leaves it leaking from every juncture of walls and floor.

Customer Service:
Terrible. They first told me it would be "repaired" under warranty, and when I said I wanted a new one under the guarantee, they refused.

I had a cheap Wal-Mart car camping tent that was much better. I now own a Eureka that is much better.

Price Paid:  $170.00 at Target

Summary:
Initially, this tent appeared to provide my family with a good 3 season tent. Our first use was in the Blue Ridge Mountains in November. It worked fine. Good heat retention and venting to remove condensation. As a 6'1" 300lb guy, it doesn't fit me very well though. The "rooms" are 5'x 7' and with me and my wife in a "room", we are very cramped.

We used the tent again in June in the same region and the ventilation was not what was needed. It remained very hot in the tent. With small windows and corner doors, the tent does not flow well.

Setup is great. I can do this myself in about 20 minutes.

Construction is good quality. Waterproofing is adequate. Seepage from contact with the tent wall is high.

My feelings is that this is a good tent, but not a great tent. I will be upgrading to another brand soon.

Customer Service:
Never had to use

Summary:
This was our second tent. Our first was a 4 person tent. This thing is a cabin! My wife and I love it! Sets up in about 25 minutes if the wind is not blowing. We bought it to have more room when our grand-kids want to go with us, but we like it so much we use it all the time now. It's compact, light weight and very well made. I recommend it!
