I bought this bag over 15 years ago. I have used it from 30 degrees to near zero. It has always performed well. Currently, I am using it as a top quilt in my hammock. This has been a great bag for me. Once in a while the zipper snags. I store it hanging in my closet so it still has plenty of loft. Love it. Customer Service Never had to contact customer service. I've had this sleeping bag for about 15 years and it has never failed to disappoint. i haven't done any super strenuous hiking but a few overnights in 20 degree weather and with a few extra layers this keeps me snug as a bug. It's compact and easy to travel with and can smash down to pretty small which is awesome for backpacking. I definitely recommend this bag! |

This is a great bag. I am an Eagle Scout and have used this bag in all seasons and weather conditions. It's not the warmest sleeping bag in the world but with some under armour and maybe a sweatshirt you can squeak out a 20 degree night. I use it primarily for its compactness. I have a compression sack for it that will take it down to less than the size of a soccer ball with little to no effort. This makes it ideal for backpacking trips. |

this bag is fantastic. got it on sale for $99 and had special coupons for the other $30. anyways, it comes with me on all my trips. i will agree that 25 degrees is really pushing it for this bag, but with a fleece liner and a wool blanket, i have used this in 10 degree weather.i can compress it super small and i am told it is light as far as a sleeping bag at this cost is concerned. it is also ultra comfy as far as the down filling is concerened, although some feathers leak here and there. great for three of the four seasons, but for winter, pack some liners to be sure you still have 10 toes in the morning. Customer Service e.m.s. has superb customer service! i have brought several well used products back and returned them no questions asked! my brother returned a bookbag he had bought there 5 years prior and they replaced it! you can't beat e.m.s.! I love this bag!! I bought it on sale for $96 about three years ago. This bag, AND my Ultra-Lite (long) sleeping pad will fit in the sleeping bag compartment of my pack with room to spare!! How many other systems can you name that will allow you to do that and still get an awesome night's sleep!! I sleep warm, so the 25 degree rating is about right, but any colder and I get a little chilly. Customer Service Haven't needed it. Similar Products Used: Peak 1 Gray Fox |

Weighing 2lb 9oz this bag has been in continuous use for over 5 years of 3 season use. Purchased at a regular EMS sale for $99 it provides excellent value. It has been used many times just below freezing and was adequate but not really warm. This is in the rated temperature range. Durable, comfortable, packs small, weighs little, what more do you want in a 3 season bag. Customer Service None needed, but EMS has excellent reputation. |

This bag comes with me on all my three season trips. It packs up incredibly and I have had no problems with any of the workmanship. At just over 100 dollars, why not? |

I would rate this product as excellent. It has the qualities that an experienced hiker would desire. Customer Service Their service is fine. No delays or such. Similar Products Used: Can't recall brand name right off, but I have experienced some inferior products that fit this category. |

I couldn't be happier with the Down under. I bought it on sale with an EMS discount coupon and it cost me only $79.00, I think it lists at $119.00. It's a very bare bones down bag, but very functional. It has more fill on the top than on the bottom, so if it's warm outside, you can flip it over to sleep cooler, if you don't mind folding the hood back to keep it out of your face. The down doesn't shift around like some bags I've used. At 2lbs.9oz., it's a really light bag, and it packs down easily into a small stuff sack. If you use a small compression bag, it'll compress to the size of a small loaf of bread. Customer Service Never had any problems with EMS, their service is excellent.
