The mesh polypro webbing stands up to exposure to the elements, and it drains and dries quickly when you emerge from the waves. The double wrap-around hook-and-loop design lets you fit the band over your wrist, or even over a wetsuit or foul-weather jacket. However you wear it, it holds on tight, no matter what kind of abuse you subject it to.
