Lorpen put the cushioning in the Ski Light Merino Sock exactly where you need it'in the front, to protect your tender shins as you bang down a mogul run. Lorpen also made these socks out of warm, wicking, breathable merino wool for comfort, and threw in a dash of Lycra for fit and nylon for durability. All these parts add up to a full day on the mountain with happy feet'or at least as happy as feet can get when forced to wear ski boots all day.
