Bought a pair of these, one for me and the other for the wife. We enjoy the boats, and figured they were the best for our needs. Now that we have had them for a year or two, we would like to accessorize our tubes and have found that these have not been updated in design for many years (as you can see, so has there website). In other words, we have not been able to find anywhere local that carries these, nor is there many choices of places to turn to on the internet. I called the company and found them somewhat unwilling to provide very much info. Hope that isn't the case if/when we ever need product support from any gaurantee. For now I am thinking that for accessories, we are looking to either built/make our own, or adapt other brands such as Outcast to suit our needs (rowing frame, fish finder bracket, trolling motor mount, rod holders, etc.). I just think that they have a good product and should pursue more of a market for it.

Customer Service

As mentioned, they seemed uninterested in providing much information. Other than that, they will send one out and accept returns if you do not like the product.
