I have been using this model for some years now, again the velcro has been a prolem, with the stitching failing and restitching does not solve the problem.
Keeping an accurate base for the altimeter has proved to be a prolem and calibrating it under adverse conditions is not truly possible. I have calibrated it in lab conditions with success, but it does seem to slip out of cal very quickly.
Overall it performs well and I have been satisfied with the product.
It has been all over the middle east, Pakistan, China, Sweden and is due to zip off to Russia with me in a months time, that will test it out nicely as it is -24 there now.

I have got a alti-thermo pocket watch I bought years ago from REI, It has no brand name, but has a Casio 'Look' to it. I have never seen its like advertised as being available ever again.

The barometric funtion seems to be accurate but the temperature indication varies; maybe biased by individual skin temperature. The only real complaint I have is that the band has a velcro wrap- around feature to hold the end of the strap. It is bulky and it snags on things because it sticks out to the side of your wrist.
