Streamlined Micro Mesh Bivy adds warmth and protects you and your bag from the elements. The upper fabric is an extremely breathable, lightweight polyester taffeta with a panel of tightly-woven netting over the head. Wind and light precipitation are kept out while perspiration vapor is allowed to escape. Breathable micro mesh top has a black no-see-um netting top that allows uninhibited vision when it is dark and keeps the bugs out. Floor has a durable waterproof coating and floor seams are hot-taped for extra protection. External tie-out loops at head and foot allow you to secure the bivy in precarious backcountry conditions. A double zipper enables any mummy sleeping bag with a compatible zipper to be secured inside; internal tie-out loops compliment the system. Four zipper sliders allow customized ventilation.
