I use this pack for just about everything, cragging, canyons, etc.. Ive had the pack for 6 years now, and no problems. It even works well for one or two day, alpine routes, plenty of room for one or two nights with climbing gear.

This pack is great. Very comfortable, and an excellent choice for overnighters. I got it at EMS for $100 off the the msrp. During the couple of months that I have owned this pack, its large mainstay size has proved invaluable. I was going to buy this pack for full price, but I luckily caught a sweet deal. I would not shy away from paying the full $175 for this pack.

Customer Service

I have not had to deal with Gregory's customer service. However, Gregory is the best pack maker out there. Furthermore, when comparing Gregory products with other leading pack makers, (Dana, Osprey, and Arcteryx), you will find that Gregory is much cheaper than their competitors. You definately get the most bang for your buck with Gregory.

I've used this pack for many overnight summer trips and one winter trip. Although it is small by compairison, it can haul alot if needed and is always comfortable. Feels very secure with little movement when using off the beaten path.

I mainly use this pack on long day hike or to go climbing. It is a little on the big side for other day trips and not quite big enough for a overnight. quite possibly the most comfortable pack I have ever worn, can hardly tell that you have it on.

I find it a very versatile pack. Fits perfectly to me. It feels part of you. Puechased it to be used as a winter daypack (when a greater ammount of gear is needed, compared to summer gear). Too big for summer dayhikes, but I think it is more confortable than an oddly filled rucksack. Perfect for summer overnights. I guess it can also be loaned to a friend if he/she is going with you on a longer trip.

This is an Awesome pack! I've put it through hell and it still holds up like a champ. Big enough to hold my climbing equipment yet small enough to fit tight and snug on my back. Its a bit pricey, but worth the money in the long run.
