None I purchased this pack to replace my 20-year old Gregory Snow Creek. Just finished my first trip: 60 miles over 8 days in the Olympics. My pack is size Medium and fits me very well (5''8", 160 lbs.) It performed very well during this trip. (Although some literature you read about the Petit Dru Pro refers to it as a women''s model, that is not the case. It is available in larger sizes and with men''s shoulder harness.) This backpack rocks!!! I have been extremely pleased with the fit and durability of this pack. Yes, the pack is heavy, but I think this is a trade-off for the great comfort. I loved the pack so much, three of my friends bought gregory packs after I told them how much I loved mine. The hip belt with the flo-form foam is great!! It was hard at first, but after fifty miles of use it fit my hips like a glove. Needs a bit bigger sleeping bag compartment, too small for a winter bag. I solved the problem by taking the sleeping bag compartment separator out. I use the pack for winter trips of all legnths, and long summer trips. Customer Service never needed it Similar Products Used: Mountain smith frostfire..sucked |

This is my first internal frame backpack. What I really love about the Gregory backpacks is that they have so many options for adjustments to the hips and shoulders. It can be adjusted so it fits like a glove and you don't notice it's there. I will always own a Gregory backpack, and I just ordered one for my daughter! |

My friend bought this pack for a thru-hike of the AT. Though bombproof and comfortable, she found that it just weighs too darn much. 7 pounds unloaded! She ended up ditching it for a Gregory Gravity or Reality halfway through, which though still heavy for a small pack (4 times that of a GoLite Breeze), carried her through much more smoothly from that point on. Nice hydration system though, for true overkill. ;o Similar Products Used: Osprey Advent, K2 Shortbed, GoLite Breeze. |
