I have only used this pack once thus far but I am very impressed with it. It held all my gear (90 lbs) worth and kept my gear dry during a light shower. I had a two slight rub spots on my lower back from the pack (but it could have been b/c of the weight). I would definately recommend this pack to anyone in the market. Customer Service L.L. Bean is the best customer service company I have ever done business with. They definately go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied, and if not, they will take it back (100% guaranteed). Great pack. Can hold tons. Very comfortable. I like the number of external pockets for compartmentalizing. I actually use it now instead of my suit case. It's that good. The only problem is that it has a purplish tint. It is not the same color as the picture. But still a great pack. Similar Products Used: None |
