Lightweight, stable top-loading pack for long day trips or an overnight trek features a ventilating mesh back to keep you cool and dry in warm weather. AirCooled Back System™, hipbelt and harness features a combination of air channels and mesh to promote airflow--a plus during intense activity. Mesh fabric stretches across two side foam pads, creating an air channel down the center of the back for maximum ventilation. HDPE frame sheet provides support for heavy loads. Padded hipbelt with side-release buckle and padded, curved shoulder straps with sternum strap work together to ensure load-carrying comfort. Top lid features an external zippered pocket with a key clip and a zippered map pocket under lid for keeping small items close at hand. Wand pockets for climbing wands or tent poles, plus two side bellows pockets for load organization. Lid accessory attachment points and ice axe loop with lash strap let you strap on extra gear. Side compression straps help stabilize the load. Made from durable 600-denier ripstop nylon with rugged 900-denier textured polyester reinforcements.
