The Serratus Pack has travelled to many countries, with me and has always been reliable. The zippers are super heavy duty, waterproof sealed zippers. The orion has a ripstop fabric, that is super strong, almost rip resistant. All the outside straps make it easy for extra storage, of hiking poles and any climbing equipment. The 63L size worked perfectly for a long 5 month trip, or for any 2-3 day backpacking trip. It also has a great zip on cover hidden at the bottom, great for those flying by plane,as it hides all those loose straps that can get caught up in a conveyor belt. One of the best parts is the super comfortable hip and shoulder straps that can make it easy to carry heavy weight. Overall I am very happy with how the Serratus has worked for me and would recommend it to anyone.

Customer Service

I really havn't had any warranty issues, which means I havn't had to deal with customer service, as the pack has held up so well. I have traveled with it over the last 9 years, to more then 10 countries in SE Asia, Central & North America & South America. The Serratus Orion has surpassed my expectations.
