It's verrrryy big! Especially for Indonesian, an Indonesian woman like me. But I love its simplicity: no side pockets, no loops for carabiners, and not too many pockets inside.

Customer Service

I use it for long trips (10-14 days) through many mountains, and my mother said it could contain a 'house'. I brought my own tent, sleeping bag, cooking stufs, full board meals, my Therm-A Rest and Ridge Rest, sandals, extra sneakers, heavy jackets and raincoat, and to make it full I put my pillow in it.
But life goes on, and I grew older, so now I bring my TNF Inversion.

It is very handy and has good adjustability. I like how BIG it is. I can carry a ton of stuff plus climbing gear into the mountains for a long weekend. I think it is a great value. Although, there were many more ""feature packed "" packs available for alot more money.

The best feature of this backpack is the fit. It is very comfortable, atleast to me. It has held up really well. I am not sure if I will ever need another backpack. It is also huge. It can handle 4-5 day trips easily. The only draw back is it is not easy to access the whole pack. I prefer the packs with the zipper down the middle as opposed to the sides like this pack.
