The best backpack for ultralight enthusiasts. I carry average 40 pounds and this pack is great. The hipbelt contours nicely to female hips, and the shoulder pads are super -- covered in fabric you can lay right against your skin with no abrasion. The suspension is amazing too -- adjustable to 19 inch torsos (for the large); they say longer, but not true. The pack itself is on the short side, so I recommend this pack for smaller frames. The rain cover is wonderful too. Deploys in seconds, fits over your sleeping pad and anything else on the outside. Only complaint is the volume of this pack; for winter backpacking, I end up strapping bulky stuff all over outside the pack. Doubles nicely as an overkill daypack for long hikes.
