I'd been looking for a Moonstone bag forever and then, finally, found the bag I wanted, on sale, at REI. Awesome bag. The last reviewer was right, it does look like there's someone already in your bag when you lay it out on the ground. My boyfriend and I took turns testing it out and both love it. Not too heavy and with the insert, which I got as well and adds 25 degrees, I've got an all-purpose system. Thank god I sleep cold - my boyfriend would never be able to handle that bag anywhere close to summer here in Texas. I have had a few feathers push through the fabric but other than that the workmanship is beautiful. Customer Service Haven't had to use them for any problems but I did contact them while they were going through the ownership change trying to find a retailer for the bad and even in the midst of all that confusion, Similar Products Used: Kelty, Northface |

Incredible bag. Looked around quite a bit, but I think moonstone has really set the standard for down-filled bags with their zone(s) series. This bag is extremely conservative in its temperature rating and is, in my opinion, closer to a 4 seaon than 3 season bag. With liner,(on sale for $66.00) bag lofts to the point where it looks like someone is inside it and should provide more than adequate warmth for most any winter backpacking trip. Quality and attention to detail is top notch-just what you would expect from moonstone. By far the best bag I''''ve ever owned. One that I know I will enjoy for many years to come! Customer Service Have not had to contact moonstone. Company seems to be in the midst of ownership change. Hope it retains its commitment to producing extremely high quality technical gear.
