I used this bag for cold weather camping and stayed toasty. It packs small and is lightweight. The extra warmth of this bag makes the small different in weight and size worth every ounce. Customer Service Sierra Design products is quality merchandise. I'm pleased with all my purchases of this brand. |

I love the Joan of Arc. I have used it in Nepal at 18,000 feet in spring and in summer in CO. It is extremely comfortable, has lots of room in the hip and leg area, and has been put through the test of getting soaked and still performing well. The only downside is that it doesn't compress was well as I would like, but that is only a minor complaint compared to the positive features. |

Excellent bag! Just went hiking this weekend (6/25/99) and was in the late 30's at night. I actually had to vent the lower portion of the bag as I was sweating (and I am a cold sleeper). My only complaint is the zipper has consistently been catching at the shoulder area on the zipper material. I *hate* being cold at night, and now know that I will be very comfy in late 20's-30's. This is a great bag. I've taken it car camping, backpacking and even slept in it at home while a guest used by bed. Very warm, roomy enough for a side sleeper like me. I am a very cold sleeper and was toasty all night. Could use a little more room at the shoulders. Highly recommended -- quality bag. Customer Service Sierra Designs is the best in customer service.
