Good Lightweight bag, packs small (really small), and from what I've seen lately, you can get it for REALLY CHEAP! I also like that it came in a long size (I'm 6'6""). The good thing, and at the same time the bad thing is that it's made of down. . .so if you're wet, you're toast!

Customer Service

I don't know much about north Face's customer service, they seem to be underground in that department. . . don't have a webpage, and it's next to impossible to contact them without going directly through the dealer (must be that large company thing).

I've had my BK for a few years now. Sleeps warm enough. I like how well it packs into a small bundle. The material does get caught in the zipper sometimes, but i guess that happens to most bags.

A great 3 season bag. I have used it quite a bit in the Tetons and Canada and never once been cold. It has held up quite nicely and is my favorite bag during the milder months.

5 years with this bag and nothing but good times. This was my second TNF bag, the first was a Cat's Meow, also a nice bag and still in use. The ability to moderate the down location in this bag makes it a perfect choice for three season excursions. I have been in temperatures from below zero(not quite enough bag) to mid 70's and been content with the Kazoo's performance. My only complaint is more my fault than that of the bag, it is a tight fit for somebody that is 5'10"" and 190#. In spite of the size issue I will still give this bag a 5! The cost value factor on this bag makes it very desireable, I will go with a 5 here also!

Small package is great for bicycle travel, but you gotsta keep it dry. Again the size makes it easy to wrap in any at hand plastic bags. I have seen the newer model (as pictured) and they have added heavy fabric around the zipper which sould prevent the zip from hanging up, this is a damn annoying problem, but it just takes a little care and thought to avoid. And with the light construction i wouldn't abuse the bag to much. But a nice down bag for the $

similar bags at similar prices can be had from sierra designs. if you want it small but not prone to water death TNF (and other manufacturers I'm sure) make very small synthetic bags for climbers that may not have as low a temp rating, but are serviceable bags for moderate climes

Very light, packs down pretty well, and warm enough for 3-season stuff here in the Rockies. A little more insulation around the foot area would be nice, but that's just me.

I have had a North Face Blue Kazoo bag for the last 4 years and slept in just about every type of situation. It is very warm outside or in a tent. The price was right too. If your looking for a good lightwieght bag that hovers around the 15 degree range, you can't miss with this bag.

Excellent bag for most any of my situations. For North Face, a great value, and of course good quality.

The only other bag I have tried has been a Vertical Ascent, which doesn't even compare.

Have had one for 20 years. Still keeping warm and toasty. Mine has a bottom draft tube that I would avoid. It doesn't cover the zipper well.
