A reasonably light bag for touring or hiking in moderate conditions. I like the insulation qualities. It works whether it is wet or dry. Customer Service My experience with Northface is excellent. Honoring products, and in manufacturing a quality product. Similar Products Used: None |

The changes incorporated in this bag for '99 are excellent. The Chevron Baffles, Exterior Shell Fabric, Draft Tube Design, and watch pocket are testament to TNF's renewed commitment to innovation and design. Good to see TNF's recommitment to quality. This is an excellent bag. Similar Products Used: None |

Great bag! Light and stuffable. I have yet to try the bag in very cold weather. If it's above 35 degrees fahrenheit, I have to strip or I'll roast. Customer Service Haven't had to deal with North Face's customer service department yet. Similar Products Used: None |

Love the bag. Over 10 years old, and going strong. Customer Service About two years after I bought the bag, I took it into a North Face store in Seattle. The pullcord had come out (after about a month). with the store in town, I decided to take it in. The clerk looked at the bag, took a new one off the shelf, and said ""here ya go"". Ever since, I've been a believer... Similar Products Used: None |

This Sleeping bag is the lightest and warmest on the market for its weight. It stuffs alot smaller than the MH Tioga -15 and its lighter and warmer. The bag has a watch pocket that is usefull. It kept me warm in a cold -15 night going up MT. Adams in the Presidentials, and this bag is worth every penny. Similar Products Used: The North Face Snow Shoe 3D |

This is a great bag. Weight, loft, and compressibility are all very good. It appears to be well constrcuted. The chevron baffles do a good job prevernting cold spots. I've been down to single digits in my underwear and been comfortable. Only drawback is it's tough to get the zipper all the way up while inside the bag. This bag is great! I almost never sleep in a tent, so I bought a bag with a temp rating lower than I need. My Moonstone polarguard bag was ten years old and had lost loft (was rated at 5 degrees) and I was sleeping cold. this Superlight makes me sweat where the moonstone used to leave me cold (even when it weas new), and it packs WAY smaller. the price and quality make this a good buy. Customer Service The bag bounced down about 1500 feet of an extremely steep boulder field on the Sierra Crest. The stuff sack got some rips. They sent me a new one even though it wasn't due to a "manufacturer's" defect. Similar Products Used: moonstone, sierra designs |

Purchased this bag from Campmor on the recommendation of a friend. Great bag - light, warm, and compresses to approx. 9"x12" cyclinder. Rated at 0 degrees and I used it down to approx. 20 degrees and it kept me plenty warm. Customer Service None needed. Similar Products Used: Coleman |

I've used this bag for the last year and a half in british columbia's coast mountains and been perfectly warm in temperatures up to -20 degrees celcius. As well it is very lightweight, well made and compresses well. However, its only drawback is that, like all down bags, it gets cold spots when it gets wet (ie. in snowcaves and sweaty bivy sacs). I would have given it a higher rating (5) for use in a drier area. |
