This was a nicely crafted boot made of very nice materials. It was a little on the light side though. This boot does take some time to break in, and once broken in, it's comfy. It does not have the "out of the box comfort" like some others (Lowa Scout, Lowa Banff), but once you put a few miles on them they are ok. These were not my favorites. Although I could find nothing really wrong with the boots, I just didn't find them as comfy as either my Lowas or Montrails (Vercors or Moraine AT). They are a nice looking boot however. I wouldn't mind just wearing them with jeans, but the lateral stability just didn't match other boots I have worn. I think I just have really high expectations. I cannot complain about craftmanship or materials though. I think they also run a tad small.
