I've done both Mescalito and Zodiac in Yosemite and Lunar Ecstacy and Moonlight Buttress in Zion all clean using the workhorse Leeper Wide and Narrow cams but only used this micro cam hook a few times. It's just a "last resort" piece in my mind and I will often find a place for an HB offset before I will jump onto this hook. My 185 lb. frame (sans rack) might also be part of my reluctance to use this hook often.
