I absolutely love this harness, it is comfortable and fits great for females who have smaller waists. That was one of my biggest problems when looking at harnesses, a tiny waist and big, downhill skier, legs. It's really easy to figure out with only a waist buckle (the legs have elastisized openings). Of course the disadvantage of this is the fact that it is not conducive to being used for extreme mountaineering. Overall I loved this harness. If you was a harness that is really comfortable and won't cost you a bundle (especially if you are just starting out), this harness is awesome!
