Fully adjustable & padded waist and leg loops. Very comfortable climbing harness. It is my primary harness and I've recommended it for everyone due to its features, quality, comfort and price. It has a belay loop and a haul loop, plus 4 re-inforced gear loops. Pretty much all a climber could want. it is very easy to put on, but can get tangled and become difficult to get it all aligned at times. IF you use it enough, you don't get this problem.
