I have spent many hours in this harness, from belaying rappellers to rappelling El Capitan. It provides excellent leg support crutial to long drops and the high attachment point keeps me upright without fatigue. I've even hiked for miles in this harness without the leg loops irritating or drooping down. HIGHLY recommended.
