2002 model-WOW! These are the real deal. Top Quality throughout. Top grade thick nubuck leather,sympatex liner,fully waterproof. Nikwax em, even better. Vibram cluaz sole,killer traction and just the right amount of flex. Put in some Superfeet insoles, no manufacturer makes good ones. Have medium, low - mid volume feet and the fit is superb. Nice sturdy construction, total support and comfort during long alpine snowshoe trips and heavy multi-day hiking and backpacking in Glacier Natl park and wilderness areas. I have tried them all and these boots are the BEST for your money! Paid $60.00 less than comparable boots of big name companies and these BLOW em away. Dont be fooled, these are the kind!!! Great for on the trail day hiking to heavy duty backpacking off trail. I am super impressed.
