These rock shoes have been great. I bought them quite a while ago and they are still going. High enough to protect the ankle from scraping. All around best buy. I could wear them all day! The rubber still grips and has not turned hard and slick like other soles have been known to do. Good quality contruction. Would recommend these to anyone.

Originally bought these shoes for all around climbing and comfort. They have been very comfortable shoes for all day use. They fall a little short on the performance i have been looking for however. The rubber is nice and sticky but the shoes are a little heavy and clunky. I like the feel i have noticed testing sport shoes like the Mythos and the Ace. It would all depend on the type of shoe you are looking for. Comfort, long lasting, able to wear all day long, and all around basic climbing...these are the shoes to get. For shoes that are more specific for sport climbing on short difficult routes, and have lots of feel, try another shoe...

This shoes are great! Very comfortable for long, multi-pitch routes and great performance. The first time I wore them, I got a personal best redpoint. They break in well and appear very durable. I have been wearing them regularly for over a year now with very little wear noticeable.

Great all around alpine shoe. I like the high top style since I do not mangle my ankles while jamming that way. Nice for jamming and edging. Stick pretty well to slimy moss which we have lots of as well.

I bought these shoes because they were recommended for all-purpose climbing and that they were a good beginner shoe. So far they have lived up to everything that they are supposed to. Bottom line: an excellent beginner shoe, high top gives support to ankles, and the rubber is just as sticky as most. I liked the quality of these shoes that I bought the heavy duty Mukalus for backpacking.

Best ALL AROUND shoe I've owned. Works well in most situations. The original reason I got it was because it fit well, but the rubber and the overall design are great.

I''ve used these shoes for several years now as my primary pair in mix of cragging, multi-pitch and multi-day routes. Edging is good but I mostly cramming them in cracks so this isn''t a selling point for me. I don''t particularly care for them. They freakin hurt my feet. They constantly wear bleeders on the tops of my toes. Anyone got a pair of Asolo hightops size 9 in decent shape to sell me?
