Sterling Ropes combine supple durability and a sheath that can take huge amounts of abuse! Most folks who try Sterling Ropes never go back to any other brand. Nothing but positive words for any rope from these guys. Customer Service Sterling Ropes offers a no hassle guarantee, if for any reason, you are dis-satisfied, Sterling will happily inspect your rope for a possible replacement. However, the need for this extremely liberal policy is rare. Similar Products Used: None |

This is a great rope. I wish it was longer and it was a half and half rope. Customer Service Never needed any costomer service from them. Similar Products Used: Blue Water (Too soft) |

I used this rope solo for 2 weeks in zion national park. After 2 weeks of constant abuse and wear on the abrasive sandstone, the sheath still looked almost brand new. The rope was very pleasant to work with because of it's sublteness. I then tested it on granite peak in Montana. The rope stayed dry and nick free over two days of constant abuse and torture. Nice rope Similar Products Used: I've tryes almost every rope made. |

THIS ROPE HAS STOOD THE TEST OF TIME. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH IT. NICE MIX OF SUPPLENESS AND STIFFNESS FOR TYING AND CLIPING. I HAVE A 50M AND HAVE HAD NO COMPLAINTS. Customer Service I NOTICED SOME FRAYING WHEN I FIRST BOUGHT IT, AFTER THE FIRST USE. I TALKED TO THE SALESPERSON AND HE CALLED STERLING AND HAD IT CLEAR FOR ME TO EXCHANGE IT FOR A NEW ROPE. BUT I DIDN'T NEED TO, I FELT. WARRENTY IS THAT FOR ANY REASON YOU ARE UNHAPPY WITH IT THAY WILL BUY IT BACK OR EXCHANG IT. CAN'T GO WRONG WITH THAT, 5 STARS Similar Products Used: PMI 10.0 |
