I''''ve had this rope for a year, used mostly for top-roping a beginning lead. Never fell on it myself, but a friend did on on the lead wall in the gym -- took a giant whipper. Rope held fine, stretched more than I expected, but he didn''''t feel the yank of less stretchy ropes. the 10 mm tends to kink a lot though. Almost every time I climb, there''''s a 30 minute ritual untangling an endless pile of inexplicable knots. The tradeoff is great knotting ability. Mine is dry-treated, though I don''''t like to climb wet stuff. Got the coated one for durability; side benefit is it makes washing and drying it really easy. Just swirl in the bathtub in mild water until rinses clean. Hung on balcony to dry. Dry in one day. When it was wet, it only weighed a little more than when dry.

I'm sorry guys, but a rope, is a rope. I've owned 30-40 in my life and I can't say much good or bad about any. I like them stiff others like them soft, either way get what's cheapest. That why I've had several Sterling's. They last well and they hold falls.
