Extremely durable, yet light and skinny.
It is the only rope for me - suitable for the Gri-Gri, light enough for ski mountainering and hard rock climbing, durable enough for long road trips.
For ski mountaineering I sometimes wish for something lighter, if you need one durable rope for hard climbing and mountaineering, I would recommend it.
I am living in Austria, and they are not sold over here, but I am pretty sure my next rope will be a Sterling again (I already own 2 9.7mm)
