I own a few other down vests, and the Sub-Zero is the one I always take with me. Compresses down small, relatively light weight for all of the features it has. Great zippered pockets, virtually no down leakage, fleece front pockets are great. Rock-solid Mountain Hardwear construction. I have nothing bad to say about this vest. Shop around and find one on sale. Similar Products Used: Feathered Friends Helios, The North Face Nuptse |

Great piece. Lightweight and stuffs down small. Good insulation for cold spring/fall nights or summer nights at altitude. Fleece lined pockets are a nice touch. This is one item that almost always makes it into my pack. Similar Products Used: Northface Nupste |

Very nice vest. More loft or fill than most others and better suited to outwear use than a Nuptse. Fleece pockets are great and the draw cords are in just the right places. |
