Two handwarmer/cargo pockets with Velcro(R) flap closures; one roomy internal mesh pocket. Drawcord-adjustable hem; elastic cuffs with Velcro tabs. Full-length zip with snap-down storm flap. Factory-sealed seams for sure waterproof protection.
