nice jacket. Seems to be quite waterproof after getting caught in a downpour for 45 min. Lightweight, but obviously not designed to be an insulating piece. Vents nicely with the underarm zippers. Sleeves on the XL are long enough for my monkey arms (I'm 6'4"). Shoulder reinforcements are starting to show some wear after 2+ yrs of use. Well-designed; works well; I like it. I went skiing with this jewel and it worked great in highly variable conditions: fog, wind, snow, sun, dripping lift equipment. I got in trouble on a black run -- no problem. A full face-plant in fluffy snow, no problem. Sweating like a pig, no problem -- breathable, yet water proof.
