The North Face Apex Thermal Jacket is a heavy duty softshell with fleece lining that will keep you happy through everything but the worst storms and coldest temperatures. And by worst we mean “dangling off the side of mountain in a blizzard.” This jacket is warm, weatherproof and comfortable like you won't believe. In truth there's very little apart from a total downpour, hose or hurricane that will bother you in this coat, thanks to Polartec Power Sheild softshell material and high loft fleece backing. The fleece lining is soft against your skin and provides superb insulation, while the softshell protects from the elements and stretches to let you move naturally. Like all softshells, the Apex Thermal is incredibly breathable, so you'll feel dry and happy instead of clammy and sad.
