this is a great jacket for the money. I had to return it due to a few problems, after taking on a mountaineering trip to New Hampshire. 1: some of the stitching started coming undone. 2: some spots were begining to wear on the inside. 3: it weighed too much. other than these minor things, it rocks. If it was lighter I probably would have kept it but I am going to head for a North Face Devil's Thumb jacket now. good luck. oh, and visit rei-outlet to find this on sale! North Face quality and comfort. Find this on sale and you won't be sorry. I use it for snowboarding and skiing and love it. It vents well, and layers well too. Easy to access pockets inside and out work great. Similar Products Used: Head Jacket Liner combo. Weighed a ton and didn't keep any moisture out. |

Great bang for the buck. You can find this on sale often, which makes it worthwhile. I use it primarily for snowboarding. It vents well, has all the pockets and features you can ask for, and most importantly, keeps you dry in all but the worst rain. I love it....
