Besides the fact that after the first day snowboarding i broke the tiny YKK zipper, prob due to a good thrashing from the edge of the board, ive had no problems. TNF replaced it for me for $28(!).Otherwise they are way sturdy and fit great. For $250 i would expect better attention the the stitching which, in spots, looks like i did it with a blindfold and mittens on. Doesnt matter though, can you say Lifetime Warranty?

Customer Service

Expensive if you have to pay for it.

Awesome pants. I've used them in pouring rain, heavy snow and high winds, and they've kept me nice and dry. A little on the heavy side though.

I've taken these pants on about 5 snowboarding trips this season and I have to say that protection-wise the Mountain Light pants are unbeatable — great abrasion resistance and as well the Gore is just fantastic. On the downside, these pants have really tight cuffs, where a smaller company like Mtn Hardware would have put in drawstring cords... Otherwise a great product.

Customer Service

Seriously lacking customer service.

Got these pants two seasons ago. Awesome! Went camping in three feet of snow on their first outing. Not even one flake came through. I was dry and warm. Only problem was I felt a little bit suffocated, but oh well...

Customer Service

TNF...depends.
