First off, I have a Sports Instruments ECG 3, which looks IDENTICAL to the Freestyle ECG 3 in every respect, except for the logo! (?)

Anyways, this is a great HRM and MEC has great prices. So far, it has been very reliable and easy to use. The accuracy is withing 1 bpm. Also, the watch unit works great and you can wear it as a sports watch too. (It's got all the functions of a normal watch.)

All it needs is a light, but you can always spring for the ECG 4 or 5 for that. All in all, a great product at a great price.
