Uppers feature synthetic leather for durability and support, plus mesh panels for light weight and breathability. Perforated Lycra®/neoprene collars with four-way stretch enhance comfort. Benecke Ceraprene® heel counters and toe bumpers add durability. Anatomical footbeds, Air Cushion® midsoles and molded EVA footframes team up to provide superb shock absorption. Injection-molded nylon arch shanks and nylon instep reinforcements offer plenty of support and stability underfoot. Merrell Accelerator rubber outsoles feature specially positioned plugs and fins for optimal trail traction.
