Well I got th emachine to serve as the anti Bicycle trainer and tredmill. So far so good, but you burn many less calories than on bike or trted mill. Plus my back hurts ....But I do like the fit and finish Nice machine

great rowing machine, but foot pedals need redesign. during rowing, your feet are prone to slip out. this causes me to find something else to do, like eat chicken mcnuggets.
