Strength:

Very strong board but easy to land, not directional, so you really need to surf. The first two turns, I had the impression of having the feet in a cement block by habit of easy and directional boards. | Semi Truck Engine Repair

Day Hiker

I purchased from private owner. It has held up very well and gives more of a workout that I can handle. Easy adjustments, easy use.
Only problem I had is plastic cover has to be retightned periodically, it will move out of position and rub against mat.
Otherwise, a good heavy duty machine.

Poor evalation design, bolts strip easily. Motor broke after just over 2 years. Over $300 for new motor. No Warranty. Also had many squeeks and rattle. No local dealer will service them, they state they had too many problems.

Customer Service

Customer service did offer to seel me a motor for 1/2 price through an out of state dealer.

We purchased our Diamondback 1200T so I could run inside while babies slept. It has been pretty good...for the most part. Some of the problems we have had are: When you fold the track up to get it out of the way or try to move it it has a design flaw and a crucial wire disconnects so you have to remove the entire hood to reconnect it and then screw everything back together. Another issue that happened just last night was the back roller split and has to be replace. We are not heavy users so I am surprised that it did split after 2 years. I know people that have had treadmills for years with no problems...maybe we were not supposed to use it! Although I have been okay with the treadmill I might have made a different choice had any reviews been out when we were looking.

Customer Service

The place where we purchased the treadmill responded quickly when we had a problem in the beginning but have since gone out of business...looking for a new contact to fix our split roller.
