Strength:

My Life Fitness T5i was purchased/ delivered 7-2003, the the motor is running as well as the day I purchased it. It's sturdy with a timeless design. It has a few programs that I utilized for the first ten year or so. It inclines 15 inches & the fastest speed level is 12, I believe that is equal to between 8.57 to 11 miles per hour.

Weakness:

Over the 16.5 years that I've had the T5i, I've replaced the running surface belt & deck twice. The original & the first replacement decks were a softer surface pressed composite/ fiber board that made for a soft running surface. The second replacement deck was rigid composite & more like running on something close to concrete, not as shock resistant as the earlier decks but more durable . I have not been able to run though this one. The lift motor was replaced by Life Fitness at no cost to me but I did have to put it on myself. The second lift motor I had to purchase & install. I believe the power cord would get stuck under the wheels while the lift motor was lifting & caused the lift to bust through the lift housing. The remedy I believe is to tape the power cord to the floor out of reach of the treadmill wheels. The price includes $79 delivery fee & i have the original purchase receipt.
