This was purchased to give my wife and I something to exercise on while it rains for six months. We wanted quality that would last, as well as enough speed and incline to be as challenging as necessary. There is a good variety of workouts. These are much cheaper now. We've had ours three years and have only had one problem (see below). This is about as good as you can get without stepping into a really expensive unit.

Customer Service

The treadmill stopped receiving the HR signal from the chest strap, and the entire circuit board had to be replaced, but it was still under warranty at the time. It took about a month to get a new board.
