I'm on my fifth pair of these shoes. I keep a pair at work and a pair at home. Who knows when it's time for a run.

I run regularly - 10Ks, triathlons, and I've done training for a marathon in these. I upgraded from a very heavy pair of Nike Air and my feet are grateful. The arch support could be better. I have prescription orthodics in my pair at home and those are for longer runs.

These shoes usually last me 6-8 months running 2-3 times per week. I think I bought my last two paris at an Asics outlet for $60.
