The ski is 20% lighter thanks to Fiber Cell and is 20% more flexible--with the same performance Volkl customers expect. Dual molded chambers in a titanium cap span the entire length of the ski for added power, torsional rigidity and an enhanced overall flex. When the ski flexes, the energY frame stores energy, which is released as acceleration at the end of the turn. The shape of the energY frame minimizes longitudinal vibrations, yielding unparalleled stability. 3D sidecut geometry ensures tip-to-tail edge contact and even pressure over the length of the edge.
