Black Diamond Pitbull Older Telemark Bindings

Black Diamond Pitbull Older Telemark Bindings

DESCRIPTION

A unique spring and strong single cable quickly returns the ski to the boot sole between turns. A low-profile design, no external cable guides, and the built-in 10 mm riser underfoot lets you lay down those edges without fear of binding drag. The single rear throw is easily adjustable.

Tele Goblin

Strength:

Bully breed bindings will make any ski bite. Be aware that they decrease the value of your house but are great at protecting anything of value inside it. These hard-charging puppies defend the gnarliest of lines. Dropping the knee to bow down to our dog overlords is the ultimate reward for adopting these menaces to society.

Weakness:

They bite, baby lines?, grandma groomers?, they do not discern. While they don't make them anymore, people who live in sensitive communities are often looking to off load them.

I like these bindings.
I also have chiles, s-loops
what i like is the spring-back that the monster spring and the under the boot leverage these bindings give. they are a vast improvemnet over the first pit bulls. I think that they get dis'ed because it is a bit more work to hike in these units. in mogals, they snap the ski back. I have older T-2's (boots) and tua megas (chilis), Volkl prestos (pit Bull II's), BD eclipse (old pit bulls).
check out www.telemarktips.com for more reviews. by the way, every time i dump on the chilis, the little hook gets bent, I carry a plier so that i can bend the sucker back into shape, even at resorts.

Customer Service

BD in salt lake is great. They replaced the springs and cables on the old pit-bulls and they exchanged medium cables for large when i bought the wrong ones for the II's on-line.

s-loops, everyone likes them that i have talked to. I like them as well, but for my style they are a real soft spring, like they aren't there.
