These are the the most amazing snow shoes I have ever used. They are very light weight and don't "trip you up". The binding system holds your foot in very securely. I originally bought them for running on packed powder but I have since discovered that they work just as well in deep snow. These are great snowshoes for someone who wants high quality, light weight snowshoes for various activities including, hiking, running and etc.
