The Diva snowshoe rules! The materials used are highest quality. The design (toe cleat) is superlative. These are, by far, the best snowshoes for serious (competitive) runners. Floatation is better than any other shoe. But what do you do when a small, mom & pop, 2-bit company run by degenrate, moralless individuals has the monopoly on something good? These losers are sure to go out of business, with their utter dis-regard for their customers. Just try to get in touch with them with anything but an order!

Customer Service

This company is the ENRON of the snowshoe business. They'll tell you anything - lies, &tc. Then, once you wise up, they just won't respond! First, they billed my credit card and didn't bother to send any product. Then, they wouldn't return any phone calls or emails. I'm currently pursuing consumer fraud & internet (across state lines) fraud charges against this fly-by-night company. Too bad they have such a unique and excellent product. What is to be done? Their product is the best! (?)
