I got these snow shoes as a gift last year. I havn't tried to many different snow shoes but these have held up well for me so far. Seems like the bidnings could offer you a little more support but that's the only problem I have seen. Similar Products Used: just the standard wooden snowshoe. |

Weak. very little uphill traction, loose platform. Totally unimpressed. I actually think Tubbs makes some really nice shoes , I just don't think these are it..... But they may match your LL Bean mock turtle neck. Similar Products Used: tennis rackets with long shoe laces. |

Good shoes. High quality. Don't have to worry about these things breaking. Lightweight yet sturdy. Best bet for the money. Similar Products Used: None |

Got a good deal on these. I weigh 175 lbs., so the 30's do the trick, though with a heavy pack they do sink a bit in fresh powder. I chose Tubbs because I liked the binding system better than Atlas or Redfeather -- the Tubbs have sort of a toe cup to keep your boot from sliding forward. |
