overrated and not well made.

this binding is horrible...let me count the ways...first, the drake letters on the heel cup peels off very easily, this was a bad design on the part of Drake, they should have imprinted their insignia onto the heel back. second, their high back is supposed to be the strongest in the industry, i say bullsh_t since both the left and right high backs cracked on me (i admit i have taken some bad spills but still no excuse for Drake. third, the rubber on the front straps are ripping apart.

only strength is looks-wise.

The bindings are madd heavy and my pair just are falling apart on me, screws looseing and falling out, straps getting chewed up, paint peeling off. They look like i've riden them for the 8 years i've been riding and they are only owned for this season.

I had high expectations of these bindings, later to find out that they aren't worth a penny of what i paid for them. In at the most, 15 days of riding (good full days), i ewnt through 3 pairs of ladder straps, and 2 sets of ratchets. I have had no problems with my Drake F50 bindings after riding them for 2 years. The podiums just continue to fall apart. I wouldnt' recommend them to anyone.

Good support and what ever your style of riding is these can work for you. The one thing that sets them apart from the rest is their weight. there are increadible light. I have done everything from jumped of cliffs to just cruising down the moutain with these and they have never failed.

Dont have any that i can think of.

these are dope there the best on the market and thats about it.

Just want to warn everyone. The product is pretty good, but my bindings broke after the first two sessions. They replaced the broken part pretty quickly, however, by the end of the season the same part broke (heel pads/toe ramp). This time they said they couldn't do anything. Granted the bindings worked great when they were not broken, I am just disappointed that such a high priced binding has such poor customer service/quality. I have had problems with Burton Products and they are immediately helpful and have no problems replacing stuff for you. Maybe I just got a bum set, so keep an eye out on other reviews

Great quality, airplane aluminum material used. Highback made out of carbon composite. Great freestyle/freeride bindings that goes well with any rider of any level.

bit too pricy.. I know that some people paid well over 250 to get these bindings, but they totally worth the money. only available in one color (black).

This Drake bindings are absolutely fantastic. I''ve been boarding for awhile with many different boards and bindings, and so far, this one was probably the lightest one of all. The carbon composite highback is great giving great performance every time you hit the snow, the lean forward adjuster is made out of plastic, but it''s giving me no hassle unlike someone else who posted up a review here. I got the optional spring lean forward aid thing, and when you''re hitting the pipe, and you''re out of last breath, that little thing makes it so much easier to control the board.

When operational, the binding straps are super-comfortable and the ratchets are the best out there. These bindings are by far the lightest on the market. The baseplate cover is great as well. Very responsive. It''s hard to trash these bindings based on my experience thus far, because when they''re in one piece, they rock. Drake is really good about shipping spare parts.

Don''t buy these bindings for the carbon components and quick forward lean adjusters. The carbon highback, which is supposed to be the strongest and lightest in the industry, broke on my second outing. The t-nut appears to strip out the hole while you ride. The hole needs to be reinforced on future models. I am now riding with one F-60 highback on my board while I ponder whether to put a new carbon one back on. The quick leans are garbage plastic. They should be made out of aluminum. I''ve broken two already, and I expect this problem to continue.

These bindings have caused ma a lot of despair. Out of 8 rides this year, I have broken two quick forward lean adjusters, one highback, and one strap. I weigh 180 lbs, so i attribute these faults to poor design and probably bad luck on the strap. You would expect more out of a $250 binding. I rode all last season on a simple pair of Ride Prestons w/o any issues whatsoever.

The Drake Podiums are the absolute lightest bindings ever. They make good for any use on the mountain. The Podiums have high and low back settings, toe and heel accelerators, and a delta carbon baseplate. There are more qualities and great things but those are the main three. The Podiums make for the ultimate freestyle bindings. h
